The Service provides the User with access to an API with audio characteristics analysis of music tracks. The use of the API is provided on a paid basis according to established rates.
The cost of using the API depends on the number of unique tracks per month:
Payment is made by topping up the balance through the Stripe payment system.
Important: All funds added to the balance are non-refundable. Once credited, the balance cannot be withdrawn or returned.
The Service is provided "as is". The Service is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the API.
The Service commits to maintaining the confidentiality of information provided by the User. Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Service reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement. The User agrees to regularly check the terms for changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement enters into force from the moment the API is first used and remains in effect indefinitely until the User ceases to use the Service or the Service is terminated.
